Composition for enhancing immunity containing plant stem cell line derived from cambium of panax ginseng including wild ginseng or ginseng as an active ingredient
The present invention relates to a composition for enhancing immunity, comprising one or more of the following: a homogenous cell line, and a lysate, an extract and a culture medium thereof as an active ingredient. The homogenous cell line, the lysate, the extract and the culture thereof according to the present invention, which are derived from a natural product, minimize adverse side effects of prior immune enhancing agents and safe for the human body. Further, they effectively increase the activity of NK cells responsible for innate immunity, as well as increase the proliferation rate of lymph node cells when the cells were re-exposed to an antigen in a specific immune reaction to enhance acquired immunity, and thus are useful as an immune enhancing agent. In particular, the homogenous cell line, the lysate, the extract, and the culture thereof according to the present invention also effectively increase the number of bone marrow cells, thus are not only used as an adjuvant in an immune reaction, but also used in the prevention and treatment of anemia through hematopoiesis.
