PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a deodorant and antibacterial fabric base material capable of making deodorant and antibacterial effects available by coating, laying or surrounding a source of odor or bacterium diffused or filled in a building sections or the like with high sealing property with material or by extending the material in the building sections to make a comfortable and hygienic building sections.SOLUTION: There is provided a structure by adhering a deodorant antibacterial agent consisting of 0.1 wt.% of a carboxyl vinyl polymer as a volatilization inhibition component and 20 wt.% of potassium chloride as a pH adjustment agent in 80 wt.% of hypochlorous acid water with pH value of 5.3 o 6.8 and concentration of 150 to 300 ppm to a fabric base material by forming, organizing and nonwoven entangling fine fineness multi yarn consisting of recycled fiber, synthetic fiber or natural fiber with fine fineness of 10 denier or less of single yarn fineness, having bulk light weight and a large number of fine vent holes and drying the same at 3 to 10 g/mweight based on the fabric base material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3【課題】密閉性の高い建物区画内等に拡散若しくは充満する臭気や病菌細菌の発生源に包被し、敷設し或いは包囲せしめて消臭及び抗菌をなし、若しくは建物区画内に展張せしめて消臭や抗菌をなし、快適で衛生的建物区画を創出しえる消臭性及び抗菌性織物素地の提供。【解決手段】単糸繊度が10デニール以下の細繊度な再生繊維、合成繊維若しくは天然繊維からなる細繊度マルチ糸条を高密度に織成、編成、不織絡合させた崇高軽量で微細通気孔が膨大数に形成された織物素地にPH値が5.3乃至6.8の次亜塩素酸で濃度が150乃至300ppmの次亜塩素酸水80重量%に揮散抑制成分としてカルボキシビニルポリマー0.1重量%及びPH調整剤として塩化カリウム20重量%からなる消臭抗菌剤が、織物素地に対し3乃至10g/m2重量で塗着され乾燥された構成。【選択図】図3
