To provide a low-cost needle holder whose portion holding a suture needle is not magnetized and which has excellent operability, excellent chemical resistance, excellent corrosion resistance, excellent abrasion resistance, and excellent metal fatigue resistance.SOLUTION: A needle holder 10 comprises: a pair of grips 1 for holding a suture needle； a pair of handles 2 respectively connected to the grips 1 to operate the grips 1； joints 3 each connecting a part between each grip 1 and each handle 2； lock parts 4 each provided inside each handle 2 to maintain the holding state of the suture needle held by the grips 1； and spring elastic parts 5 for expanding the grips 1 when the lock parts 4 are unlocked. The grips 1 are made of a titanium material, and the handles 2 are made of stainless steel material.
