A method of administering an immunoconjugate (e.g., imgn529) coupled to CD37 in combination with an antibody binding to CD20 is provided. The method comprises administering an anti-cd37 immunomodulator (e.g., imgn529) and an anti-CD20 antibody to a person, for example, a cancer patient. The present invention provides a method of treating a cancer, including administering an effective amount of a CD37 binder to an object (e.g., an object of treatment).In certain embodiments, cancer is a B cell malignancy.
