Multi-layered reflective sheet and the manufacturing method thereof, and fallen fruit protecting and sunlight reflecting product for fruit farming which are made of the sheet
PURPOSE: A production method of a multi-layered reflective sheet is provided to use the reflective sheet for fallen fruit protection and sunlight reflection, and to enable a user to reuse the reflective sheet for several years. CONSTITUTION: A multi-layered reflective sheet includes a reflective film layer (120) laminated on more than one air bubble layer (110) which has plural air caps. One air bubble layer includes an intermediate layer sheet (112) with the air caps (113) in between two outer layer sheets (111), for the outer layer sheets to face each other around the air caps. An optical reflection film (121) is located on the lower side of the reflective film layer. The reflective film layer is a colored film which reflects light. A durability enhancing layer is laminated under the air bubble layer. The durability enhancing layer is formed of a material selected from a nonwoven fabric or woven tarpaulin.본 발명은 다층 구조의 반사 시트 및 이 시트를 제조하는 방법, 그리고 이 시트를 이용하여 제작한 낙과 보호 및 태양광 반사용 시트 제품에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 다층 시트는, 다수의 에어캡이 배열되어 있는 적어도 한 층 이상의 에어버블층 위에 반사필름층이 적층되어 있다. 에어버블층은 한 쌍의 외층지 사이에 에어캡이 다수로 성형되어 있는 중층지가 개재되어, 외층지가 에어캡을 사이에 두고 서로 마주보도록 구성된다. 반사필름층의 하부에는 광 반사막이 형성된다. 상기 광 반사막은 투명 반사필름층의 하부에 증착된 알루미늄막일 수 있다. 또는, 상기 반사필름층 자체를 반사 기능을 갖는 착색 필름으로 구성할 수도 있다.
