PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable positioning and fixing of an image pick-up device with respect to an object lens to be performed reliably with a simple configuration, and also enable an impact of noise of the image pick-up device and a circuit board to be suppressed.SOLUTION: An endoscope 2 includes an imaging holder 52 for holding an object lens unit 40, an image pick-up device 51, and a hard board 53 for holding the image pick-up device 51. The hard board 53 to which a rear surface side 51B of the image pick-up device 51 is attached, and which is electrically connected to a connection terminal 57 of the image pick-up device 51 includes a fitting part 60 which is fitted to a hole 59 provided to the imaging holder 52.
