Disclosed is a surgical instrument for facelift surgery, comprising: a surgical thread for plastic surgery incorporating a thread body extending in the length direction, and a plurality of projections in the shape of conical spines formed protruding from the thread body in a direction inclined with respect to the length direction of the thread body an injecting needle in the shape of a slender tube which is empty on the inside so as to internally house the surgical thread and an adapter which guides the surgical thread such that same can be placed in the injecting needle. The surgical instrument for facelift surgery according to the present invention is convenient to use in that facelift surgery can be performed by means of a straightforward method that does not involve incision, and, when facelift surgery is performed using the surgical instrument for facelift surgery according to the present invention, the effects of the surgery last for a long time.
