The fluid inlet includes one or more first microchannel platelets 24, and the fluid outlet includes one or more second microchannel platelets 26, each microchannel platelet between each external and internal platelet surface. At least one array of microchannels 28 forming a fluid passage therein, the microchannels having an opening between 0.2 and 10 μm.
