The present invention relates to a peptide specifically binding to HLA-A*33:03 among E7 peptides of human papilloma virus type 16 and a use thereof. The peptide according to the present invention has high immunogenicity, exhibits activity specific to HLA-A*33:03, and shows immune activity by increasing the generation of CD8 positive cytotoxic T lymphocytes, thereby specifically killing only cells infected with the human papilloma virus, and thus is expected to lower side effects.
