The invention relates to a synergic pharmaceutical composition of mebendazole (MBDZ) with nitazoxanide (NTZX) for the treatment of human parasitosis, which significantly increases the spectrum of MBDZ against protozoa and reinforces the anthelmintic action of NTZX.
