The present invention provides a physiological regulation method, a system and a sprayer based on essential oil spray inhalation, the method first measures the heartbeat signal, convert the heartbeat signal to obtain a heart-rate variability value, and then analyze the heart-rate variability value to determine the subjects physiological state, atomize pre-determined essential oils based on the physiological state of the subject for the inhalation by the subject to restore the subject back to the normal physiological state. The system includes an ECG equipment consisting of plural electrically connected electrode patches, an operational amplifier, a digital-to-analog converter, a computer and physiological signal analysis software and heart rate variability analysis software built in the computer for converting the heartbeat signal measured by the electrode patches into digital signals for processing and analysis to obtain an average heartbeat number and sympathetic/parasympathetic balance indicator a sprayer electrically connected to the computer to be controlled by the computer and atomize the pre-determined essential oil pre-received therein and spray the sprayer contains a base, a receiving member and a cover body, the receiving member is disposed at the base and has several slots and a through-hole, each slot is used to respectively accommodate different essential oils, the cover body covers the base and the receiving member, upon the cover body a nozzle is disposed in correspondence to the through-hole a drive unit including a fan, a motor and several ultrasonic oscillators that are electrically connected, the fan is set at the base and corresponds to the through-hole for rotatably generating the wind, so that the wind blows out via way of the through-hole and the nozzle, the motor is to connect the fan to provide the driving force for running the fan, each ultrasonic oscillator is respectively disposed in each slot a control unit including one electrically co
