PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device which identifies a measurer among registered users with higher accuracy.SOLUTION: A measurer is identified by using measurement habit information about measurement habits (foot information put first at the time of measurement, measurement time of day, and the like) when pre-registered respective users are measured, along with a measurement result of a target measurement object. In a biological information measurement device, measurement habits as well as measurement of body weight and biological impedance (BI) are detected, and measurement habit information is stored as measurement result history for the respective registered users. The measurement result is compared with past measurement result history, it is determined if the measurement habits other than the BI and the body weight to be conventional identification conditions match, and by recognizing a register number whose ratio of matched measurement histories is the largest as a measurer, accuracy with which to identify a measurer is improved. Thus, in measuring, it is possible to identify a measurer by taking into account behavioral habits different among the respective registered users at the time of measurement, and measurers similar in figure can be recognized with high accuracy.
