PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing cart which includes a fall prevention rail functioning as a fall prevention rail-supporting member provided at a liftable top, and reducing an impact and impact noise, even if the lower surface of the top abuts against another top of a cart terminal or the like when the top is lowered.SOLUTION: A nursing cart 1 has posts 3L and 3R standing on a base frame 5 including casters 9a to 9d, and the posts have upper ends provided with a liftable top 2 including a fall prevention rail. In the nursing cart, the fall prevention rail has a rail body 81 including a horizontal rail member 81a having a shape along the outer shape of the substantially front half side of the top in plan view, and leg members provided at the rail member to be hung down at appropriate intervals, and the leg member has a horizontal portion 81c having a lower end side formed to be turned to the back side of the top. A support body 82 for mounting the rail body to the top, is molded from an elastic synthetic resin, and includes groove portions for fitting the lower half side and horizontal portion of the leg member, and a fastening portion for fixing the support body to the top, and the support body is formed to have an L-shaped side cross-section.COPYRIGHT: (C)2014,JPO&INPIT【課題】昇降できる天板に設けられる落下防止柵の支持部材として機能すると共に、天板を降下させたとき天板下面がカートターミナル等の天板に衝突的に当接しても衝撃と衝撃音を緩和することができるようにした落下防止柵を備えたナースカートを提供する。【解決手段】キャスタ9a~9dを備えるベースフレーム5に立設された支柱3L、3Rの上端部に、落下防止柵を備えた昇降できる天板2を設けたナースカート1において、落下防止柵の柵本体81は、天板の略前半側の平面外形に沿った平面形状を有する横方向柵部材81aと柵部材に適宜間隔で垂下させて設けた脚部材とを有し、脚部材は下端側を天板裏面に回るように形成した水平部81cを備え、柵本体を天板に取付けるための支持体82は、弾性を有する合成樹脂成形体により脚部材の下半側と水平部を嵌合する溝部と支持体を前記天板に固定する止着部とを備えて側断面略L状に形成した。【選択図】図1
