A supporting rod (30) having multiple through-holes (31) formed in a bottom surface thereof is assembled with a lower part of the collecting container (10). A supplying fan (40) is mounted on the bottom surface having the through-holes (31) of the supporting rod (30). A caster (32) or a supporting tool is mounted on a lower surface of the supporting rod (30).
