A method for determining a measurement of at least one cell type of an eye, comprising: (i) obtaining a map of eye cell types； (ii) obtaining a display of an eye retina； and (iii) Aligning the eye cell type map with the eye retina display； (iv) defining the target area on the eye retina display； and (v) defining the target area on the eye retina display.
