PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a cosmetic product comprising a water-insoluble sponge impregnated with a cosmetic composition exhibiting an excellent ultraviolet ray blocking function； the cosmetic composition； and/or a method of producing the cosmetic product.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to: a cosmetic composition having an ultraviolet ray blocking function； and a cosmetic product comprising a water-insoluble sponge impregnated with the cosmetic composition.
