The present invention relates to a makeup and/or care composition in the form of a liquid water-in-oil emulsion comprising: a. at least one film-forming polymer chosen from vinyl polymers comprising at least one carbosiloxane dendrimer-based unit, b. at least one hydrocarbon-based or silicone-based compound that is pasty at 23° C., c. water, d. at least one non-volatile oil. The present invention also relates to a process for making up and/or caring for the lips, comprising the application to the lips of a composition according to the invention. Finally, the present invention relates to a device comprising the composition according to the invention.La présente invention concerne une composition de maquillage et/ou de soin sous forme d'une émulsion liquide eau-dans-l'huile comprenant : a. au moins un polymère filmogène choisi parmi des polymères vinyliques comprenant au moins un motif basé sur un dendrimère de carbosiloxane, b. au moins un composé à base d'hydrocarbure ou à base de silicone qui est pâteux à 23 °C, c. de l'eau, d. au moins une huile non volatile. L'invention concerne également un procédé pour maquiller et/ou soigner les lèvres, comprenant l'application aux lèvres d'une composition selon l'invention.
