The present invention relates to a toothpaste composition containing stone cells which comprises: 1) stone cells 2) xylitol as a composition for preventing cavity 3) allantoin, bamboo salts or a mixture thereof as compositions for preventing periodontal disease 4) glycerin as a wetting agent 5) xanthan gum as a binder composition 6) essential oil as a fragrance ingredient and 7) water.
