The present invention relates to a method for preparing sesame oil and sesame oil prepared thereby. The method comprises the following steps: cleaning sesame seeds in water in which ultrasonic waves are generated； drying the sesame seeds using light wave energy in a visible light range； roasting the dried sesame seeds using far infrared rays； inputting the sesame seeds cooled after roasting into an oil press, and extracting oil； mixing the extracted sesame oil with a saline solution, performing ultra-centrifugation and purifying the sesame oil； and inputting the purified sesame oil into a bottle and filling nitrogen gas.
