PURPOSE: An implant fixture is provided, which can maximize the supporting force after the synostosis and can improve initial fixing force. CONSTITUTION: An implant fixture comprises an upper slope(10) which is formed in the same diameter as the middle portion and forms an incline in the size of the screw thread formed in the outer side； lots of the vertical grooves(13) formed in the upper slope； and a horizontal screw thread which is formed in the upper part of the vertical groove. In the screw thread of the total surface formed to the horizontal screw thread bottom side of a fixture, a large screw thread and a small screw thread are arranged in turns. The surface roughness of the top, middle, and bottom parts is differently formed.본 발명은, 인공치아를 매식할 때 치조골에 식립되는 임플란트 픽스츄어에 관한 것으로, 더 상세하게는 상부 몸체면의 경사면을 나사산의 크기로 조정하여 경사면을 이루도록 하며, 그 경사면 상측으로 2~3줄의 수평나사산을 가지며 그 하측에 방사형으로 다수의 직립홈을 형성하여 초기 고정력을 향상시키도록 하고, 몸체 상,중,하부의 표면 거칠기를 달리 함으로서 골융합후에는 최대의 교합력에 이루도록 하는 임플란트 픽스츄어에 관한 것이다.
