PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eel rearing method capable of promoting feminization of eels in a rearing environment.SOLUTION: An eel rearing method includes a rearing step of rearing eels before sex differentiation in a water tank 1 in which a hollow housing member 2 hiding the total bodies of eels approaching the inside is arranged. In the rearing step, the housing number of eels in every breeding partition may be increased in accordance with the growth of eels.
