PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for supplying a mineral to solve the problem of alkaline water in steel slag and supplying the mineral to organisms for their benefit.SOLUTION: In this method for supplying a mineral to organisms, carbonated steel slag is supplied singly or after compounded with soil, a fertilizer or a soil improver to adjust its pH to not higher than 8.7. Another embodiment includes a constitution in which non-carbonated steel slag is dispersed so that its pH will be not higher than 8.7 by bringing it into contact with carbon dioxide from rain water, atmosphere or soil to supply a mineral to organisms.【課題】製鋼スラグのアルカリ水問題を解決し、生物に有益なミネラルを供給するミネラル供給方法の提供。【解決手段】炭酸化処理された製鋼スラグを単独または土壌、肥料、土壌改良材とｐＨが８．７以下となるように配合し、生物にミネラルを供給する方法。また、炭酸化されていない製鋼スラグが、雨水や、大気もしくは土壌からの二酸化炭素と接触し、ｐＨが８．７以下となるように散布され、生物にミネラルを供給するようにした構成をも含む。【選択図】なし
