PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental implant drill for expanding a pilot hole, having a function to reduce a risk of perforating a site more than intended depth by mistake, without installing a stopper to the drill.SOLUTION: A columnar dental implant drill DRL with a central axis AX expands a pilot hole 3 formed on a jawbone for implanting a dental implant in the jawbone. One end of the columnar body is a shank 1 to be mounted on a drive device, and the other end of the columnar body is a perforation part 2 perforating the jawbone. The perforation part 2 includes: a distal surface 21 having no cutting blade at the tip a first tapered surface continued from the distal surface 21, extending in the direction of the shank 1, and having a first angle forming an acute angle relative to the central axis AX, and a first cutting blade a second tapered surface continued from the first tapered surface, extending in the direction of the shank 1, and having a second angle forming an acute angle relative to the central axis AX, and a second cutting blade and a body surface continued from the second tapered surface and extending in the direction of the shank 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
