Particularly, the present invention relates to a physiologically active ingredient-nanodiamond complex containing a physiologically active ingredient attached to the surface thereof or mixed therein, and a composition comprising the same. The nanodiamond complex according to the present invention can support physiologically active materials for skin. The nanodiamond complex according to the present invention can deliver a physiologically active ingredient into the skin without skin irritation or toxicity. The nanodiamond complex according to the present invention increases effective activity, such as the anti-oxidative activity of a physiologically active material. The nanodiamond complex according to the present invention can support a significant amount of physiologically active material at a molecular level, and thus can provide a pharmacological effect for a long time. In addition, the complex according to the present invention comprises a hydrophilic physiologically active ingredient supported on nanodiamond simultaneously with a hydrophobic physiologically active ingredient, and thus allows permeation of the hydrophilic physiologically active material into the skin stratum corneum.
