At least one of the front and back panels (56,57) includes an activated three-layer elastic laminate (68) including a first fibrous nonwoven web and a second fibrous nonwoven web and an elastic film between the first and second fibrous nonwoven webs. At least one of the first and second fibrous nonwoven webs is a creped nonwoven web.
