PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the visual recognition of an actual flow rate, in a capacity control type infusion pump.SOLUTION: In a capacity control type infusion pump, a dropping sensor 8 for detecting a droplet dropping in a drip tube 100 disposed on an upstream side in an infusion feeding direction of a pump mechanism 2. A flow rate is calculated on the basis of the output of the dropping sensor 8, and the calculated flow rate (an actual flow rate) is displayed on a screen of a display portion. In this structure, a user such as a nurse can visually recognise the actual flow rate, so that the user can determine the deterioration of flow rate accuracy by comparing the actual flow rate with a setting flow rate.【課題】容積制御方式の輸液ポンプにおいて、実際の流量を視覚的に認識できるようにする。【解決手段】容積制御方式の輸液ポンプにおいて、ポンプ機構2の輸液送り方向の上流側に配置された点滴筒100内を滴下する液滴を検出する滴下センサ3を設け、その滴下センサ8の出力に基づいて流量を算出し、その算出した流量(実際の流量)を表示部の画面上に表示する。このような構成により、看護師等のユーザは実際の流量を視覚的に認識することができるので、その実際の流量と設定流量との比較により流量精度の低下を判断することができる。【選択図】図3
