The present invention relates to a composition for antioxidant, antibacterial, and anti-atopic skin containing Wenzhou, Persimmon, and Cypress oils, wherein the highly volatile oil containing the composition is prepared as a microcapsule to prevent volatilization of the composition to maintain the effect. The microcapsules may be used to produce functional fibers, fabrics, and paper having antibacterial and anti-atopic effects.본 발명의 온주밀감, 비자, 편백 오일을 포함하는 항산화, 항균, 항아토피용 조성물에 관한 것으로, 상기 조성물을 포함하는 휘발성이 큰 오일을 마이크로캡슐로 제작하여 조성물이 휘발되는 것을 방지하여 효과를 지속시킬 수 있으며, 상기 마이크로캡슐을 이용하여 항균 및 항아토피 효과를 가지는 기능성 섬유, 원단, 및 종이 제작에 활용할 수 있다.
