According to the present invention, provided is a production method of a crossbreed of Takifugu obscurus and Takifugu rubripes, which comprises the following steps: extracting ova and semen from female Takifugu obscurus and male Takifugu rubripes respectively； performing artificial fertilization to obtain fertilized ova； and incubating the fertilized ova and breeding the same. According to the present invention, a new crossbreed of Takifugu obscurus and Takifugu rubripes produced by the production method has an advantage of rapid growth rate, thereby allowing the promotion of existing puffer culture industry declining due to low production rate and low economical efficiency.본 발명은 황복의 암컷과 자주복 수컷으로부터 각각 난과 정액을 추출하고, 이들간의 인공수정을 실시하여 수정란을 얻은 후, 수정란을 부화 및 육성하는 단계로 이루어진 황복과 자주복간의 잡종을 생산하고, 본 발명에 따른 방법으로 생산된 신 잡종품종은 빠른 성장률의 장점을 가지게 되어 기존의 낮은 생산율과 경제성으로 쇠퇴하고 있는 복어 양식산업의 증가를 기대할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
