PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment instrument temperature information management device capable of reliably managing temperature information about the temperature of a treatment instrument.SOLUTION: A treatment instrument temperature information management device 50 comprises: a wireless tag 10 provided to an instrument 110； and a reader/writer 20 as reading means for reading from the wireless tag 10. The wireless tag 10 comprises a temperature sensor and an IC chip having a storage part.
