PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air conditioning system for preventing air-polluting substances such as dust from a surrounding space and an operator from being dragged to a patient side and for giving an optimum heating environment to the operator and a patient.SOLUTION: A center blow-off unit 11 is provided above a patient area of an operating room 1 and a circumference blow-off unit 13 is provided above an operator area adjacent to the circumference of the patient area, center blow-off air 21 is blown off from the center blow-off unit 11 to the patient area, and circumference blow-off air 23 is blown off from the circumference blow-off unit 13 to the operator area.
