PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insertion-assisting tool for endoscope of which the sheath insertion part is versatile, of which the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and by which the storage place for the sheath insertion parts can be saved.SOLUTION: The insertion-assisting tool 10 is a split structure consisting of a plurality of tubular bodies 16 to 22, wherein the sheath insertion part 14 is divided at least into two. That is, the sheath insertion part 14 is assembled by selecting the plurality of tubular bodies of the length corresponding to the length of an endoscope insertion part 26, so as to reduce the kinds of components required, and thereby reducing the manufacturing cost. Also, the manufacturer can have the plurality of tubular bodies in different lengths, can assemble the sheath insertion part by selecting specified tubular bodies from among those tubular bodies after receiving an order from a medical organization, and then, can deliver the product to the medical organization. Also, it is not necessary to store every one of the sheath insertion parts in the form of an integrated body corresponding with the respective length of the endoscope insertion part 26. Therefore, the insertion-assisting tool 10 allows to save the space for storing the sheath insertion part 14.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】シース挿入部に汎用性があり、製造コストを低減でき、シース挿入部の保管場所を省スペース化できる内視鏡用挿入補助具を提供する。【解決手段】挿入補助具10は、シース挿入部14が少なくとも2分割された、複数の管体16~22からなる分割構造体である。すなわち、シース挿入部14は、内視鏡挿入部26の長さに対応した長さとなる複数の管体を選択して組み立てられることにより、必要となる部品種類を低減できるため、製造コストを低減できる。また、製造メーカは、長さが異なる複数の管体を揃えておき、医療機関側からの受注後に、それらの管体のなかから所定の管体を選択してシース挿入部を組み立てた後、医療機関側に納品することもできる。また、内視鏡挿入部26の長さに対応した一体品のシース挿入部を1本毎に保管する必要はない。よって、挿入補助具10は、シース挿入部14の保管場所を省スペース化できる。【選択図】図3
