PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circulatory organ function calculation device in which calculation accuracy of an index of a circulatory organ function can be improved.SOLUTION: A circulatory organ function calculation device 1 has a pressure section 10, a pressure detection section 30, a pressure control section 20, a pulse wave detection section 40, and a feature quantity calculation section 50. The pressure section 10 presses the upper arm of the body of a person to be measured. The pressure detection section 30 detects compression pressure generated by the pressure section 10. The pulse wave detection section 40 detects pulse wave information on the basis of an output signal from the pressure detection section in the process in which compression pressure is changed by the pressure control section 20. The feature quantity calculation section 50 calculates a variable quantity value from the pulse wave information, substitutes the variable quantity value in a calculation equation which has a plurality of variables and coefficients calculated by multivariate analysis in advance, and calculates the feature quantity used as the index of the circulatory organ function.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】循環器機能の指標の演算精度を向上できる循環器機能演算装置を提供する。【解決手段】循環器機能演算装置1は、圧迫部10、圧力検知部30、圧力制御部20、脈波検出部40、および特徴量演算部50を有する。圧迫部10は、被測定者の身体の上腕部を圧迫する。圧力検知部30は、圧迫部10により発生する圧迫圧力を検知する。脈波検出部40は、圧力制御部20により圧迫圧力を変化させる過程における圧力検知部からの出力信号に基づいて脈波情報を検知する。特徴量演算部50は、脈波情報から変量値を演算し、予め多変量解析により求められた複数の変数および係数を有する演算式に、変量値を代入し、循環器機能の指標となる特徴量を演算する。【選択図】図1
