PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a catheter having at least a guide wire and a delivery hole.SOLUTION: A catheter includes: a proximal part having a long side extending between the proximal end and the distal end, and at least two holes extending in parallel, and including a delivery hole extending to the distal end from the proximal end and a guide wire reception hole having a proximal guide wire outlet port a reinforced tubular member disposed inside the proximal part delivery hole extending to a distal point with respect to the proximal guide wire outlet port from the proximal end, and relatively transferring to a flexible state from a rigid state to the distal point from a proximal point and a distal part having at least a distal part guide wire reception hole and a distal part delivery hole.
