PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a freeze concentration device achieving further enhancement of concentration rate and recovery rate of a concentrated liquid while achieving downsizing and reducing cost by further simplifying a structure of device itself, and an ice pressing head suitably for the freeze concentration device.SOLUTION: There is provided an ice pressing head 30 having a plurality of ice pressing passages 32 arranged radially in a substrate 31, in which an inside wall 33 in the ice pressing passage 32 is arranged at a state with a tilt from downside to upside of the ice pressing passage 32 in an oblique outside direction, a lower end part side of the inside wall 33 is supported by a rotation pin 34, an upper end part side of the inside wall 33 is energized in an outside direction by an energization means, the outside wall of a plurality of the ice pressing passages 32 is formed by a screen 36, and a recovery part 37 for recovering a liquid included in ice particles is equipped at outside of the plurality of ice pressing passages 32.
