(a) polyoxyethylene sorbitan monolaurate (b) a fatty acid glyceride in which the number of carbon atoms of its acyl group ranges from 8 to 12, the monoglyceride content of the component (b) being 85% by mass or more, the mass fraction of 1-monoglyceride relative to the total amount of monoglycerides being in the range of 0.9 to 1.0 (c) water and/or ethanol.
