The invention relates to a teeth cleaning device for simultaneously cleaning multiple teeth, preferably all of the teeth, of a user, comprising the following: a) a mouth insert (10) for inserting into the mouth of the user； b) a plurality of cleaning structures (14) which are attached to the mouth insert (10) or are integrally formed together with the mouth insert (10), c) a coupling element (16； 16A, 16B) which is attached to the mouth insert (10)； and d) a drive device (18) comprising the following: - a vibration motor (20； 20A, 20B), which can be connected to the coupling element (16； 16A, 16B) such that the vibration motor vibrates the mouth insert (10； 10A, 10B) during the operation of the teeth cleaning device, and - a cleaning program selection element (26) for selecting a cleaning program that defines a vibration frequency of the vibration motor (20； 20A, 20B) within a specified frequency range and/or a vibration amplitude of the vibration motor (20； 20A, 20B) within a specified amplitude range. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a teeth cleaning device.
