The water jetting means 6 jets hot water toward a vehicle S to clean and heat the vehicle S. The first airflow jetting means 7 jets a hot airflow toward the vehicle S to remove the hot water adhering on the vehicle S and dry the vehicle S. The disinfecting liquid jetting means 8 jets a disinfecting liquid toward the vehicle S to disinfect the vehicle S.
