The present invention relates to a compound belonging to the family of fluorinated pyridazin-3 -ones, for its use in the treatment of bronchopulmonary diseases, said compound having the formula (I). or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt of said compound, formula (I) wherein: R1 is H, alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl； either E2 and E3 represent, independently of each other, H, alkyl, aryl or heteroaryl, or R2 and R3 are bridged within the same ring or through a plurality of rings； & F represents CF3, (CF2) nCF3 or CF2H with n being an integer from 1 to 7.La présent invention est relative à us composé appartenant à la famille des pyridazin-3 -ones fluorées, pour son utilisation dans le traitement des affections broncho- pulmonaires, ledit compose présentant la formule (I). ou un sel pharmaceutiquement acceptable dudit composé, formule (I) dans laquelle: R1 représente H, un alkyle, un aryle ou un hetéroaryle； soit E2 et E3 représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, H, un alkyle, un aryle ou un hêtêroaryle, soit R2 et R3 sont pontés au sein d'un même cycle ou par l´ intermédiaire de plusieurs cycles； &F représente CF3, (CF2)nCF3 ou CF2H avec n représentant un nombre entier compris entre 1 et 7.
