PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PET-bottle planter obtained by reusing a PET (polyethylene terephthalate) bottle so as to cultivate vegetables or flowering plants even on a terrace or concrete. SOLUTION: This PET-bottle planter comprises a trapezoidal frame 1, an upper part lattice frame 2 supporting the body part of the PET bottle at the upper part of the trapezoidal frame, and a lower lattice frame 3 receiving the neck part of the PET bottle at the lower part of the trapezoidal frame. The lower lattice frame can be taken off and piled up because a hook 4 is extended outside, and the trapezoidal frame and the upper part lattice frame are integrated with each other to be housed in a cardboard box in pile.
