The invention relates to a hollow cellular microfiber comprising successively, organized around a lumen at least one layer of endothelial cells, at least one layer of smooth muscle cells, an extracellular matrix layer, and optionally an outer layer of hydrogel. The invention also relates to a method of manufacturing such a hollow cellular microfiber. L'invention concerne une microfibre cellulaire creuse comprenant successivement, organisées autour d'une lumière au moins une couche de cellules endothéliales, au moins une couche de cellules musculaires lisses, une couche de matrice extracellulaire, et optionnellement une couche externe en hydrogel. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication d'une telle microfibre cellulaire creuse.
