It is confirmed that using alcohol as an extractant of the Jerusalem artichoke to manufacture the active ingredient achieves a better effect on killing insects of the Anomoneura mori than using water. The material used for the composition of the present invention is an environmentally-friendly material, thereby having no remaining pesticide in a human body unlike the conventional high toxic synthetic pesticides.
