PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical examination assist system, method, and program making it possible to easily grasp both a whole picture of an important incident relating to a medical examination and a detailed change in time-sequential data occurring at the time of the incident, and a medical examination information preservation unit, method, and program.SOLUTION: A medical examination assist server 11 produces plural pieces of set information, in each of which first information and second information are associated with each of specific positions in different time-sequential data items TS, in response to an instruction issued from a client terminal 12, groups one or more pieces of set information for each unit of clinical decision in response to a grouping instruction, thus produces an information group 70, and stores the information group in a case database 82. A clinical decision can be added to the information group 70. The medical examination assist server 11 calculates a similarity of the set information 54, which is designated as a condition for search, to each of plural information groups 70 in the case database 82 in response to a search request containing the set information 54, and extracts a similar case.COPYRIGHT: (C)2016,JPO&INPIT【課題】診療に関する重要な時点の全体像の把握と、その時点における時系列データの詳細な変化の把握の両方を簡単に行うことが可能な診療支援装置、方法及びプログラム、並びに診療情報保存装置、方法及びプログラムを提供する。【解決手段】 診療支援サーバ11は、クライアント端末12からの指示に基づいて、異なる時系列データTS上の各指定位置に対応する複数の第1情報及び第2情報を関連付けたセット情報を生成し、グループ化の指示により1件以上のセット情報を臨床判断の単位毎にグループ化して情報グループ70を作成し、これを症例DB82に蓄積する。情報グループ70には、臨床判断を追加することが可能である。また、診療支援サーバ11は、セット情報54を含む検索要求を受け付けて、検索条件として指定されたセット情報54と、症例DB82内の複数件の情報グループ70との類似度を算出し、類似した症例を抽出する。【選択図】図12
