The present invention is opened in the translucent and low-irritating emulsion for the treatment of topical immunomodulator with anti-inflammatory effect of eye or the surrounding or associated tissues. It contains at least one of Cyclosporines with Propylene glycol and polyethylene castor oil derivatives. Especially it involves Cyclosporine A and polyoxyl 35 castor oil. It is easily delivered into the eye or the sensitive surrounding area such as ocular tissues and has a good stability without crystallizing Cyclosporine A, which is placed at 4℃ for one mouth.一種用於治療嚴重乾性角膜結膜炎(keratoconjunctivitis sicca,KCS)併角結膜上皮病變患者之發炎反應的眼用醫藥組合物,其形成為乳化液劑型並包含至少一種環孢素(cyclosporine)、丙二醇(propylene glycol)及諸如聚氧乙烯35蓖麻油等聚氧乙烯篦麻油衍生物(polyethylene castor oil derivatives),且呈透明並具有低刺激性、安定而無結晶現象之特性而適用於如眼睛組織等較敏感區域。
