Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Fluidspender, enthaltend eine ophthalmologische Zusammensetzung, die mindestens eine ω-3-Fettsäure oder deren Derivat sowie mindestens ein Glucosaminoglucan enthält. Die ophthalmologische Zusammensetzung bewirkt bei Applikation am oder im Auge eine Proliferation des Augenepithels und somit ebenso eine Verbesserung der Wundheilung am Auge, insbesondere des Epithels. Damit wird eine effiziente Behandlung von strukturellen Schädigungen der Augenoberfläche gewährleistet.
