The granules and tablets of black bean, Pleuropterus multflorus, Ecklonia cava and kelp of the present invention has a high preference and an excellent solubility, allows mass production due to a simple manufacturing process, and has easy portability thereby being practically valuable in various areas as a material for health supplementary food formula, and is thus industrially very useful.본 발명은 검은콩, 하수오, 감태 및 다시마의 미세분말과 포도당(glucose), 유당(lactose), 시클로덱스트린(cyclodextrin) 및 찹쌀의 혼합물로 이루어진 부형제를 2.5~3.5:6.5~7.5(w/w)의 비율로 혼합하는 단계를 포함하는 용해성이 증진된 검은콩, 하수오, 감태 및 다시마의 과립 또는 타블렛의 제조방법 및 상기 제조방법에 의해 제조된 용해성이 증진된 검은콩, 하수오, 감태 및 다시마의 과립 또는 타블렛에 관한 것으로, 본 발명의 검은콩, 하수오, 감태 및 다시마의 과립 및 타블렛은 기호도가 높고 용해성이 뛰어나며, 제조 공정이 간단하여 대량 생산이 가능하고, 휴대가 용이하여 건강식품 제형의 소재로 다양한 분야에서 활용 가치가 있으므로, 산업적으로 매우 유용할 것으로 판단된다.
