The present invention relates to an Oryza Sativa Phosphatase 2C tall stem (OsPP2CTS) gene derived from Oryza Sativa, and a transgenic plant body transformed by a vector containing the gene. More specifically, the transgenic Oryza Sativa, which overexpresses a recombinant vector containing the OsPP2CTS gene extracted from Oryza Sativa, has increased culm length and panicle length, and thus can use the gene as an enhanced growth molecular breeding material, thereby having an increased biomass effect.La présente invention porte sur un gène de tige longue de phosphatase 2C dOryza Sativa (OsPP2CTS) issu dOryza Sativa et sur un corps de plante transgénique transformé par un vecteur contenant le gène. Plus précisément, la plante Oryza Sativa transgénique qui surexprime un vecteur recombiné contenant le gène OsPP2CTS extrait dOryza Sativa a une longueur de chaume et une longueur de panicule accrues, et donc peut utiliser le gène comme matériel damélioration moléculaire pour une croissance accrue, ce qui permet davoir un effet accru sur la biomasse.본 발명은 벼 유래의 OsPP2CTS(Oryza Sativa Phosphatase 2C tall stem) 유전자 및 이의 유전자를 포함하는 벡터로 형질전환된 형질전환 식물체에 관한 것으로, 더욱 구체적으로는 벼에서 분리한 OsPP2CTS 유전자를 포함하는 재조합벡터를 과발현하는 형질전환 벼는 간장 및 수장이 증가하였으므로, 상기 유전자를 생장이 증대된 분자 육종 소재로 이용가능하며, 그로 인한 바이오매스 증진의 효과가 있다.
