PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure that surplus parts of electrode leads 2A and 2B connected to an electrostimulator in series can be housed.SOLUTION: An insertion terminal 4A of an insertion part 3B included in the electrode lead 2B is connected to a connector terminal 8A of a housing part 7A included in the electrode lead 2A so that the electrode leads 2A and 2B are connected in series. A portion of a lead part 6A of the electrode lead 2A and a portion of a lead part 6B of the electrode lead 2B are wound around a bobbin 10a.
