PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body sticking tape or a body sticking sheet in which the stuffiness and rash are hard to be generated and the pain caused when the sticking tape or sheet is removed from skin can be reduced.SOLUTION: A body sticking tape or a body sticking sheet includes a support base 10 and an adhesive layer 20. The body sticking tape or the body sticking sheet is configured as follows: its moisture permeability is 800-2500 g/m/24h the adhesive layer 20 is hydrogel with a mass per unit area of 70-360 g/mand a thickness of 60-300 μm the adhesive layer 20 has the absorbency after 15 minutes of 5 times or more and the absorbency after 60 minutes of 10 times or more, and an adhesion retention rate determined in the following expression (1) of 20% or less: adhesion retention rate (%)=100×T/T(1).
