PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact and portable skin care device that does not need a power source.SOLUTION: A skin care device according to the present invention is a portable skin care device for steaming a skin surface to care for skin, and comprises a container 2 including an opening part 222c through which steam is passed, and a steam generation device 3 housed in the container 2. The steam generation device 3 comprises a water bag 31 in which water is enclosed, an exothermic agent bag 32 in which an exothermic agent that reacts with water to produce heat is enclosed, and a cleaving long member 33 for cleaving the water bag 31 and the exothermic agent bag 32.
