A method, apparatus, and computer readable medium are provided for utilizing augmented reality visualization to assist surgery. An example method includes generating a three dimensional reconstruction of an image stack representing a target area of a patient, and superimposing, by a head-mounted display, a projection of the three dimensional reconstruction onto a field of view of a user. The method further includes maintaining alignment between the projection and the users actual view of the target area using a plurality of fiducial markers associated with the target area. In some embodiments, the method further includes scanning the target area to generate the image stack.Linvention concerne un procédé, un appareil et un support lisible par ordinateur pour utiliser une visualisation à réalité augmentée afin daider une opération chirurgicale. Un procédé donné à titre dexemple consiste à générer une reconstruction tridimensionnelle dune pile dimages représentant une zone cible dun patient, et à superposer, par un visiocasque, une projection de la reconstruction tridimensionnelle sur un champ de vision dun utilisateur. Le procédé consiste en outre à maintenir lalignement entre la projection et la vue réelle de lutilisateur de la zone cible à laide dune pluralité de repères de fond de chambre associés à la zone cible. Selon certains modes de réalisation, le procédé consiste en outre à balayer la zone cible pour générer la pile dimages.
